Anyone know? It’s from the Bright Blessings wheel. I inked up just the portion I wanted with an Old Olive marker and rolled it onto a scrap of Very Vanilla card stock, then punched it out. Love that! I used up some scraps on my desk, too. The Music Notes scrap was just sitting there from my last card. So I grabbed it and some more scraps of Very Vanilla for the leaves, along with some scraps of patterned paper. I used a layout from this card from my friend Lisa. I did have to MacGyver the ribbon, as I had already cut the card base the “wrong” way…the usual way where it opens to the side, when I realized I should have cut it to where it opens bottom to top to be able to wrap the ribbon around. So I cut a very small slit with my x-acto knife in the fold of the card and slipped the ribbon through – easy fix.
That’s all for today – thank you so much for stopping by!

Great card, Jackie! And a sliver of the 1/4″ circle punch on the fold of your card makes a great slot for ribbon! The larger ribbon, just use a sliver of a larger circle punch! I’m Exacto challenged, so I never use one for anything.

Perfect!
I have that wheel, but I cut it apart and mounted the individual images on dominoes. But that sentiment is too large for dominoes 🙂
I adore this card. I have been gathering up my scraps too, as of late. and I find that not only am I thrifty, but I feel a tad more creative, too!
