I made this card today for a friend who had her 4th baby girl! I asked my daughter what color goes with light and dark pink and she said, “black!”, so I went with that. I finally used my Purely Pomegranate ribbon from the Sherbet Originals. I figure it’s going to be retiring soon enough so I’d better get it out! By the way, it sure does tie nicely! I also used the Fine Cosmo glitter on the stamped heart, although it really doesn’t show up well in this photo. Since there will be a special from Stampin’ Up! next month on the chipboard (hint!), I used the On Board Blossoms & Basics chipboard frame and covered it with Purely Pomegranate DS paper. The butterfly was stamped on vellum cardstock with white craft ink and embossed with Winter White embossing powder and then cut out. I got the idea from this card from Charmaine. My card measures 4 1/2″ x 4 1/4″. I’m so happy this finally uploaded!
Welcome baby girl
