I needed to make a little purse gift box, but since I don’t have the Petite Purse Bigz L Die yet, I made one from a Stampin’ Up! template. I’ve made these before, as you can see here, and that post is probably my top visited post to date. Here is the template. It is easy, but the new die will make it much easier! It is available to everyone to order until April 30th, and then won’t be available again until the new catalog comes out – see this post for the details. Tip: for some reason the template only shows the score lines for the sides of the box. You’ll realize it when you make one; you just need to score the the bottom 2 horizontal spots, leaving the curved flap un-scored.
I have not seen the finished size of the Petite Purse Bigz L Die, but if I had to guess, I would think it’s slightly smaller than this one is. Thanks for stopping by today!
