Here I made another Christmas card using the Scallop Square Bigz die & Shimmer Paint again. I also used the new Hostess Level 1 stamp set, Patterned Pines (from the Holiday Mini catalog). This time I mixed some Old Olive ink with the new Platinum Shimmer Paint, and like the last card, sponged it onto the rubber stamp and stamped onto Whisper White card stock. In real life it has a pretty, silvery sheen to it. I then cut out the trees and popped them onto the scallop rectange made from Kraft card stock and sponged lightly around the edges with Close to Cocoa.
Here’s a photo of the scallop rectangle. I love that this die can be used to make not only the obvious square with scallops, but also smaller squares and even various sized rectangles! More value for my money!
