For stamp club last month I needed a bunch of standard size cards, and would normally just cut my 8 1/2″ x 11″ sheets in half for that, but had accidentally ordered the 12″ x 12″ kraft paper. So after cutting up what I had to make several cards, I ended up with these leftover 3 1/2″ x 11″ pieces. I cut off 1/2″ from the long side and scored them in half to make these 3 1/2″ x 5 1/4″ cards. I needed several “thank you’s”, so I whipped up something simple and quick here.
I used my Rich Razzleberry marker to color dots in the centers of the flowers to add a little color. A quick ribbon (LOVE this ribbon and probably will have to buy more!) and a sentiment and they’re all done.
Thank you so much for stopping by today!

What a cute way to use up those leftovers (I have plenty of those…)
You are right, that ribbon is just perfection
Beautiful! So creative how you used your leftovers. I can just rave about these. I need more stamps and ink and accessories now! Can’t wait to look through my catalog and make a wishlist!
Way to improvise, Jackie!! I love your flowers, and the Kraft and Razzleberry is yummy together!!
These are SO sweet. Simple but stunning. Love the subtle flowers in white and kraft with razzleberyy!
Love these! Clever way to use those “scraps”! I meant to tell you a while back that you are MORE than welcome to ANY class that I have if you are ever in St. Louis! (you posted that you either stop here or go through while traveling;) Anyway, you know I love you stuff~we have very similar taste. TFS!
Great idea to do with the extra paper. I like that size. Beautiful cards! Megan and I want to talk to you about “waterfall” cards.
So so pretty Jackie! I love using kraft. You are such an inspiration!
Jackie I love that card! I love single dimension cards & this is so simple & elegant! I am going to have to case this!!!
ooooo how pretty!
P.s. I’m back from vacation!!! Check out my blog soon for pics
Missed ya!
These turned out fab, love the kraft & raspberry! How neat that you live so close to the falls. I wasn’t thinking far enough ahead to get a passport in time, but hope to do the boat to see both sides. Have fun this weekend.
These are so beautiful Jackie…love everything about them.
Melis
beautiful! love these
Wonderful improvisation ! I love them !
beautiful cards! love the colors
These are fabulous!! A fellow demo just sent me tons of cards and fronts she was clearing out, and I am sending them to our troops. I just sat down and made 4 of these with various colored dots and ribbon, and a thinking of you sentiment to add to the cards going to the soldiers. Gotta get back to turning those fronts into cards now, but couldn’t resist making some of these.
Absolutely stunning Jackie!!!
