…hopping down the bunny trail…trip. Oh that just cracked my son up when I told him that one!
And speaking of my son, it’s his birthday today! He had his birthday on Easter when he was little and I baked him an adorable bunny cake. He said he’d pass on one this year – I guess he’s just too old for that now that he’s 14. But he told me he wanted a coconut cake, so I found a new recipe online and baked it last night. It made the whole house smell amazing! I can’t wait to try it. He told me this spring that his favorite bird is a robin, so I grabbed this retired stamp from Touch of Nature to make him a birthday card. I colored him and then used the basic elements from this card from my friend, Cindy for the layout. I used the To the Nines Specialty Paper – which is super to work with! Happy Birthday, Sweetheart!
Thanks for stopping by today and have a blessed Easter!
