Well, I have a friend who’s having a birthday this week so I got out my Hand Drawn bundle to make her a card. It’s the perfect kit for birthdays! I wish SU! had made this little owl into a stamp! This is a rub-on and I only have the Chocolate Chip color left! Oh well, I’m trying hard not to hoard all the stuff I love.
I think my white craft ink pad needs re-inking! At least I hope that’s why the sentiment looks so blotchy. And although the colors for this paper pack say Basic Gray, I think the Going Gray might match a little better. The gray on this patterned paper looks lighter than the Basic Gray.
Well, all in all, I like the card. I think the owl just makes it, and those darling cupcakes! Owls & cupcakes – two very big trends right now, aren’t they? Thanks for stopping by today!
