Wonderful You Scallop Note

I just love these little scallop notes!  They make it so easy to whip up a gift card in a matter of minutes, just like the Fresh Cuts & Love Notes (which are both on special in June – see sidebar below).

I found the template for this adorable bird by Kim Hughes (LOVE her images!) in the March 2008 Paper Crafts magazine, and made him out of of the Afternoon Tea DS paper.  I’m almost thinking I should have made his eye black somehow instead of using the white gel pen.  What do you think? 

I stamped the leaf images from the Wonderful You stamp set with VersaMark.  I LOVE stamping on Kraft card stock with VersaMark – it’s a favorite look of mine!  Thanks for looking!
