Well, on the last day to be able to order this beautiful set (since the Mini Catalog ends today), I made a card with it!  The ribbon I used is also in the Mini catalog, and will retire as well.  It’s hard to see, but the “Bloom” definition stamp was stamped twice on the Chocolate [...]

A no-stamp card

Believe it or not, there is no stamping at all done on this card!  This card uses the rub-ons that were offered during Sale-a-Bration this year.  I feel badly, because I made it so long ago, I cannot find where I saw this card, but I do believe I CASEd the layout of one I saw somewhere.  If you [...]

For this month’s challenge, Cindy asked us to is to be inspired by fashion.  We got to pick out our own inspiration piece and I knew right away that I wanted to use my new shirt.

So, here’s my card:
I like how this turned out, except that ideally I wanted to do a one-layer card [...]

Baby Boy card

Ok, so I saw this cool card the other day and had to use the layout on my own card I needed to make for one of my Stamp Club members, who just had her baby!
I just received the Nursery Necessities stamp set & Nursery Letters wheel and so I used them on this card.  I used the coluzzle [...]

Stamp club was officially over in May, but I decided to hold my 2nd annual Mystery Hostess night last night where any stamp club members could come and make projects and win prizes.  Two lucky members got to win the Hostess Sets and Free Merchandise from the sales of that night.  It was a big success!  Everyone, [...]

Please visit the links below to view the [...]

I made this graduation gift holder for my cousin.  I wanted a different kind of money holder and thought this idea would work well.  I decided to tuck a bill into each pocket, along with different quotes suitable for a graduating senior.  I really like how it turned out!

I used the retired “Outlaw” DS paper from [...]

I needed a masculine card, which is hard to do for me.  So I used a bird image instead of something like a flower.  I used my new Basic Grey paper that I picked up at the CK Convention.
This bird is from the Always set.  I first stamped his feet only on the lighter patterned paper.  [...]

I remember seeing a card using this idea but for the life if me cannot find it now.  I thought it was so cute that someone used the Boho Blossoms punch to punch out 3 white flowers and put different colored eyelets in each middle.  If someone knows where I saw this, please let me know [...]

I saw a similar card on the Stampin’ Up! website and since I love the Spring Solitude set I patterned this card after it a bit.  I am still in the “non-hoarding” mode so used my Jersey Ribbon Originals and Flower Fusion felt flowers.
I stamped the same 3-flowered stamp from the main image in VersaMark [...]

I just love these little scallop notes!  They make it so easy to whip up a gift card in a matter of minutes, just like the Fresh Cuts & Love Notes (which are both on special in June – see sidebar below).
I found the template for this adorable bird by Kim Hughes (LOVE her images!) in [...]

I still have lots of paper and stickers from my Summer Days Simply Scrappin’ Kit, so I decided to make this little tote I saw here. It’s so easy and actually this one involved NO stamping! Can you believe it? It has 2 pockets that each can hold maybe some 3″ x 3″ notecards & [...]

I am sorry that I haven’t posted lately, but I just got my laptop back last night after being fixed and I had to beg and borrow from members of my family for computer time!   Now that it’s June 1st, I need to share the 2 new Stampin’ Up! promotions with you.
Fresh Cuts
The new Fresh Cuts [...]
